Before entering the real estate world, Michelle spent nearly 20 years in Call Center Operations Management, where she honed her skills in customer service, problem-solving, and team leadership. Her background has instilled a strong commitment to putting client needs first—something she continues to prioritize daily in her role with the Chris Alex Real Estate Group.
Originally from Illinois, Michelle has also called Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, and now North Carolina home. She’s been happily married since 1998 and is the proud mom of two daughters.
