Licensed in 2003, Holly is the founder of Chris Alex Real Estate Group and specializes in assisting buyers and sellers, relocation, the luxury market, divorce listings, builder accounts, and the senior community.
Holly is a graduate of The University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Furnishings and Interiors. After graduation, she began a career as a model home designer with a local company representing a national builder until 2003, when she transitioned to the top-producing team at her local RE/MAX office.
With decades of experience, Holly has expertly negotiated thousands of real estate transactions. She consistently ranks in the top 1.5% of real estate agents and teams nationwide and has been featured in numerous publications. Holly serves an extensive area that includes Gwinnett, Hall, North Fulton, Forsyth, Dawson, Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Barrow, and Jackson counties.
Holly founded Chris Alex Real Estate Group in 2024 on the principle that agents work better together in a collaborative environment. She actively engages with other skilled professionals to enhance her expertise and build a strong network across various industries. She attributes 98% of her business to repeat clients, referrals from clients, her nationwide network of real estate agents, and professional relationships with other industry leaders. Holly is skilled in negotiations, analyzing data to predict market trends and produce results for her clients, pre-listing staging, curating successful marketing campaigns driven by the individual need of her client, and creating lasting impressions that earn her repeat and referral business.
In her personal life, Holly has been married to her husband since 2001, and they have a son. She enjoys traveling, swimming, and interior design. She also likes Atlanta Braves baseball, University of Georgia football, and trying new restaurants.
Community is deeply important to Holly. She supports local non-profits, food pantries, first responders, and donates to the Children’s Miracle Network upon the closing of every property.
