Licensed in 2003, Holly is the founder of Chris Alex Real Estate and specializes in assisting buyers and sellers, relocation, the luxury market, divorce, builder accounts, and the senior community.
Holly is a graduate of University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Furnishings and Interiors. After college, she worked for three years as a model home designer for a national builder. In 2003, Holly joined the top-producing team at her local RE/MAX office. She felt she could weave her design skills into real estate in beneficial ways as it’s easy for her to see beyond calls or space plan an awkward space.
After six years working as part of a team, Holly took another bold step and became a solo agent. She kept on this path for the next ten years. Ultimately though, she was stagnating her business and could not grow alone.
Holly hired her first assistant in 2019. Since then, she has continued to expand and collaborate with agents all across the country. She founded Chris Alex Real Estate in 2024 on the principle that agents work better together in collaborative environment rather than a top-down team approach.
In her personal life, Holly has been married to her husband since 2001 and they have a son. She enjoys traveling, swimming, and interior design. She also likes Atlanta Braves baseball, University of Georgia baseball, and trying new restaurants.
Community is important to Holly. She supports local non-profits, food pantries, police and fire rescue, and makes a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network upon the closing of every property.
